Pooky and I are braving the world of big girl undies today. She has had a dry diaper all week, and has pooed in the toilet for a couple months now. So far so good, we had a talk about how undies are different than diapers, if she pees in the panties it will make a icky mess. She has managed to go the morning with no trouble and used the potty three times, yippee!!! I am bribing her with a rather vague "special suprise" for learning how to be a big girl. This week has been a huge leap for her, she has started sleeping in her own bed in Emily's room, at least most of the night and for naps. Now we are moving on to potty-ing like a big girl. We are most likely going on a cruise later this year, my dear mom is going to come visit the kids while we go, and I want Pooky to be all ready for Grandma's visit. So, I'm keeping my fingers crossed, we're leaving to do errands in a few minutes...wish us luck!
